They're both heavy-hitting characters with great reach and can take more damage than the average fighter; however, they're on the slower side in both movement and attacks. Roja can overcome this with her projectile and dash specials, and Adra has a magnetic pull attack. They both gain super armor, get a triple jump, and can cancel all their attacks into each other for their Ultimates.
I also use a Rain module for the first fight.
The Cloud is seriously obnoxious; their sense of humor is like a broken jukebox, stuck on the same three annoying sounds as a replacement for a personality like their humor is from a production line of robotic seagulls. The second most unfunny character in Smack I've encountered so far.
