Cloud is strong with decent defence, quick attacks, a move that charges his ultra meter, and a projectile. He can easily combo from the ground to the air, and his specials have ultra variants.
Zack is faster, has more extended reach, and has similar special attacks but weaker defence. He lacks a projectile but makes up for it by having much better combo potential.
