The joke is that all their names have "Car" in them.
Chara has a secret input when their Ultra meter is filled; down tilt right after you land a S-Special for a new attack. It can chain its attacks fluidly, has a projectile that gets stronger if you spam N-Special, and a U-Special with a sweet spot.
Cara's attacks juggle her opponents, and she commands the air with her intense air combat, and can land her double U-Special with ease. She has a glide that can cancel into any attack, a reflector, and a Ganon-like shove attack.
