Taste testing this frozen meal, the Smart Ones Turkey Potatoes. This is an interesting one because it supposed to be like a turkey dinner with potatoes in it only has 170 cal per serving. This is great because it offers 20 g of protein without having to many calories in it is decently filling, coming with a bit of turkey and potatoes as you can see in this video is also gravy on the turkey to give it a bit more flavour.
