Original Thoughts of the Game:

Super Smash Bros 4 is out and it's easily the best game of the year, in my book! I've been playing Smash 4 since the day 1 release on 3DS in North America and I've played over 200 online matches on it. With the Wii U providing better connections, I only see myself spending even more time with this version.

Smash Tour kind of sucks...now that we got that out of the way, let's talk positive. Smash 4 aims to have you doing many of the things in previous titles but adds in other modes with limitless appeal. For example, Master and Crazy Orders gives you random challenges for gold and other things. As long as you haven't unlocked everything, these modes will always be worth your time. The stage builder also leaves much to the imagination now that you can actually draw terrain exactly how you see fit. However, it takes quite a bit of getting used too and mistakes are too hard to remedy. And while not great, the online is 10 times better than in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This is going to allow for real development of fundamentals for players who "think" they are good at Smash, which is something I'm thoroughly excited for. Expect to see me online frequently, so add me to your friends list.
