I.e. level 9 CPUs lose to Flare Blitz spam.

For whatever reason, Smash 4 CPUs seem to really struggle against handling Flare Blitz. They'll barely punish it properly, and will oftentimes not even shield it and just get hit by it. So you can reliably beat them by using literally no move but Flare Blitz. I included matches against 3 different CPUs here to show it's not a specific CPU problem while keeping the video from being excessively long, and let the last match go longer than it needed to to show you can get away with Flare Blitz spam even at sudden death percentages.
