It's not really noob friendly, but it's pretty simple once you get the first song working just fine. Tool accepts lwav, brstm, nus3bank from sm4sh days, idsp, and lopus. Needs Microsoft .net core 3.0 installed to work. Will most likely not be WiFi safe if selecting your added music in game.
