0This is the World 4-1 Level from Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels for the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Just like in the first game, the Lakitus that throw Spinies down at you. The Lakitu is very easy to deal with, with readily available platforms to jump on its head from to take it out. The real problem with this stage is that there's too much to do. It's another one of those stages where there's barely enough time to get all of the secrets. You have both an underwater secret area and a Coin heaven secret area. Not only that, the Coin heaven sends you back a bit in the level. Theoretically you could keep going to the Coin heaven and slowly generate extra lives, but who has time for that?
