Well, it turns out that there are at least three major bosses besides Fryguy that can be taken out with one attack each. I initially thought the world 2 Triclyde was the only one, but then the subject of Fryguy came up recently, and I gave the other major bosses some thought, and found that two others could be defeated by just throwing one thing, if you do it right.

Taking out the world 1 Mouser in one attack requires glitching a carriable enemy into the boss room. I used a Snifit, but it can be done with a Ninji as well (and maybe Tweeter too, but the way that thing is always hopping would make this glitch much more difficult to pull off). The trick is to grab the POW block, stand on top of the enemy you want to take with you into the next room, and throw the POW towards the ground (but make sure it doesn't directly collide with the enemy you're standing on). Then, at the exact instant the POW hits the ground, press B to pick up the enemy. If you time it right, you'll appear to go through the lifting animation (complete with the sound effect), but the enemy you were trying to lift will appear to die. Now at this point, if you go to another room (or die yourself), you will begin that room while carrying the enemy you just did the trick with. So, glitch an enemy into Mouser's room, let Mouser destroy the wall, then throw the enemy so that it bounces off of the wall behind Mouser and hits him three times on the rebound (this requires good timing too).

Taking out the world 2 Triclyde with one attack is easy. Just grab the Tweeter that's in his room, and toss it over Triclyde's heads so that it bounces off the back wall and slaughters him on the rebound.

Taking out Clawgrip in one attack is a luck-based mission. Now, normally, if you bounce a thrown rock off of the back wall, it'll typically land two hits on him, which is nice for speeding up the fight, but it falls short of the five needed to win in one attack. However, Clawgrip occasionally does a horizontal left-right movement, and if he does that at the exact right time as a rebounded rock is hitting him, it actually can land all five necessary hits!

Now, all of these were done without tool-assistance (aside from a savestate at the start of each segment of the video), but except for Triclyde, they all took me multiple attempts (Triclyde was simple enough to easily pull off on the first take). Also, as each boss fell off the screen, I show a few other oddities, and then afterwards, just for fun, I decided to include a clip of my favorite way to begin world 1-3, which involves torturing a couple of Snifits! (Insert evil laughter here.)

Now, if anyone knows any ways to bring down the world 3 Mouser, the world 6 Triclyde, or Wart with only a single attack, let me know, but I seriously doubt that's possible with those three bosses.

Feel free to comment, but just know that I dislike profanity. Any comments containing F-bombs and/or S-bombs will be smothered! (In other words, they'll be deleted.)
