Subject: Super Mario Bros X is a secondary level editor that I dabble in when I'm not working on Super Mario World ROM hacks. I'd say it's fairly similar to Super Mario Maker except way more advanced and limitless. I decided to show off a level from an Episode I'm working on. Right now I don't really have any major plans for my episode as I'm kind of filling things out for now.

We are back showing off another level from our SMBX episode. Security Hall is actually the very first level I worked on and finished. It is a bit non linear as you have to explore a bit to open up certain passages that are blocked off. Overall I like how this turned out although this is not the full. ?

The main purpose of the this video is to actually show off the New NPC I created. Right now it's supposed to be just a generic robot that will shoot at you and than jump up afterwards. Right now it spawns a homing projectile, but I'm questioning on rather or not I just want him to shoot straight forward. It also can only be killed by a thrown object. It's a pretty simple enemy, but it is only the first level of the game. Also...it was my first time ever doing this and while I say jumping and shooting is a very simple concept...the steps to make it do all though was....yeah it took at least two days. Not only that, but editing the hit box, spawn point of the projectile, frames to use & the turn around animations was not easy...mainly because there's not much guides on Lua for SMBX.

Note: The graphics on this enemy use Dark Man's graphics and that's not final. I was actually intended on using Megaman X's graphics, but there wasn't any available, so I'll probably have to rip them myself.
