Yea so I forgot there is one other Smite God I love to play as, and that's Fenrir. Take a look at how I recommend to play him in the Arena mode.

*Written Guide Below*

Item Order:
Warrior's Tabi
Jotunn's Wrath
Titan's Bane
Hide of the Urchin
Rage
Deathrbinger

Relics:
Purification
Curse

Play Guide:

Fenrir is by default and early-mid game monster, so this build basically takes that and turns it up to 11. Once you get your hands on Titan's Bane you really can crush just about anything that isn't a tank in the midgame. Fenrir's trick though is to make good use of his runes. Once you make 5 basic attacks on any minion or god your next ability will be powered up. I HIGHLY recommend using them for his leap to get a once second stun on your target God. Then Brutalize them or hit some basic attacks. Brutalize is your number one God killer though so make use of it on running enemies since you stay up on them with it.

Your most fun ability though is no doubt your ult. With this you can grab en enemy (or kill one if they are weak enough) and can then pull them away. Make use of this to drag a tank or weaker enemy towards (or even into) your Fountain. They take a ton of damage from being in it, and the tower will hit them too. You then can hit a cheap brutalize or basic attack for an easy kill. The ult also is good for just yanking a weak enemy away from a fight and taking them behind a wall for an easy kill, also giving you time to leap away if anyone chases.

Enjoy!
