SMM2 - SM3Mix 3-1 Pipe Path

My casual level series, making a full "game". The color of the pipes dictate their property: Blue pipes do nothing; green pipes have enemies; red pipes can be entered. As seen in the video, the only exception is the one green pipe leading to the 50-Coin; pay attention closely, and you'll notice the difference is that it's the only green pipe in the main world to have a Muncher.
Some Notes:
- For each level, there are exactly three lives that can be obtained: One for collecting 100 coins; one for collecting a 1-Up Mushroom, and one at the end goal (this does not take into account multiple coins and shrooms acquired between lives during Endless runs).
- In the case of castle levels, there are 100 coins, and two 1-Up Mushrooms, as there are no 1-Ups to be had at the axe in the end of those.
