SMM2 - SM3Mix 3-4 Pipe Lava Fortress

My casual level series, making a full "game". Rising lava is used in this level. And as a bit of a contrast to 3-1 Pipe Path, red pipes are purely for aesthetics, while blue pipes are enterable. There are exceptions to this rule which, as shown in this video, hides a few secret goodies. That said, there were a couple of secret pipes that weren't showcased in this vid; you didn't expect me to spoil all the secrets, did you? Wanna know which pipes? Explore the level and find out.
Some Notes:
- For each level, there are exactly three lives that can be obtained: One for collecting 100 coins; one for collecting a 1-Up Mushroom, and one at the end goal (this does not take into account multiple coins and shrooms acquired between lives during Endless runs).
- In the case of castle levels, there are 100 coins, and two 1-Up Mushrooms, as there are no 1-Ups to be had at the axe in the end of those.
