I was using a third party Genesis to master system converter. So far every game i have tried on this thing works. My one unlicensed Tengen game works as well. The only games i can say are incompatible are the lightgun games i own because they only work on tube tvs.

Btw all the sound enhancements are enabled. If you want more accurate sound emulation they can be turned off. I like them on though.
