To get the Onmyo Katana, you must fuse Hitokotonusi, Mishaguji, Abihiko and Nagasunehiko into your Katana in any order, which will massively increase its stats.

To get Alice, you must be at least level 66. Fuse a Belial and acquire a Nebiros. Have Belial make a call at the pay phone in Tsukudo-Cho, followed by Nebiros making a call at Harumi-Cho. Finally, go to Ginza-Cho and make a call. Alice doesn't have much HP, but Death spells abound, so be careful! No Die For Me! though, so you can rest easier!
