The Training Hall is available as early as Chapter 3 and unlocks new floors as you advance with the plot. There's about every demon you could want and treasures abound, as well as several optional superbosses!

Yoshitsune is the first and isn't too threatening unless you fight him as early as possible. He'll show up on the Fourth Floor and will require you to fight through a few waves of demons before showing up himself. It's an endurance fight, but NOTHING like what's coming up soon. You can fuse him afterwards at level 37.

Next comes the Hyakki Yakou battles, which are massively long endurance battles against 100 demons. You need to do three of these, one on Floor Five, one on Floor Seven and one on Floor Nine. Each has a requirement before they can start. Floor Five's requires you to walk around the room once. Seven's is going into the Southwest segment on a New Moon. Nine's is going on the Northeast segment on a Full Moon. Finishing all three allows you to fight Beelzebub on Floor Ten. Next time~
