SMT5 Premium Edition rant🤬 Amazon stop damaging our collectables!
12SMT5 Premium Edition & release date is here! And what SHOULD be a fun day is turning into a frustrating dissipointment for so many customers. Amazon and other retailers are shipping these expensive $120 editions in horrible packaging instead of boxes. They would rather cut cost on packing materials when a cardboard box cost under $1 and some change at Walmart and being a company you know they get a discount on packing materials. The fact they would treat there business partners Nintendo, Sega/Atlus products in such a way is down right disrespectful.
If I was said partners I would cut ties with Amazon and other retailers they treat my products this way. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this kind of frustration and neither should the poor phone agents who have to deal with the Irate calls they receive about it.

Stop cutting costs on boxes ship items correctly and stop using covid/shipping delays as an excuse it's not cute! Get ready to be ranted on this has been going on far too long and I'm not longer gonna let you get away with it. I pay for Prime shipping I expect PRIME service!
