This is a glitch I encountered during course 3 of the You vs. Boo race in GoldenYoshi's hack, SMW 2+3 The Essence Star. Apparently, landing on this custom block at a certain angle causes Mario to fall through the floor! I'm wondering if this glitch also occurs with this type of custom block in other hacks.

UPDATE (April 11, 2019): Apparently, yes. This is a common issue, where corners of custom blocks inserted with the old BlockTool don't work correctly. And, it's even affecting a hack that raocow is playing almost 10 years later, such as in this episode:
