4The Hunter boss is too hard, and borders on unfair!
That's what I said, but then, I couldn't find my way to the next world. I thought maybe I ran into the issue with the overworld Hunter told me about, and switched to an updated revision.
With the way to World 10 still unopened, I thought I'd have to do the Hunter boss again to trigger the event. While the new version doesn't yet involve changes to the overworld, the Hunter boss was made far easier. The best thing about it is that the most frustrating parts of the previous revision were toned down and made reasonable. Not just that, but with 4 mushrooms in the boss room now, you could now take up to 4 extra hits, which changes everything!
The boss ended up being super easy after having attempted the previous revision for an hour before giving up on it.
