SMWCentral VLDC 2014 - 28 - Parallel Pyramid (Regular Exit)

Boo circles, symmetric layouts, rooms that change configuration for no apparent reason...not my kind of level. Much of the initial experience involved running with stop-and-go flow through similar corridors over and over again until I eventually found a red exit door. After a couple more tries I discovered the level hides additional tiles under collected coins when you return to an area, but even at that point, I didn't feel like the mechanic was utilized in a memorable way. Some collected coins reveal cement blocks or doors, for example, but I expected it to build up to something greater. I'm also concerned players will clear the level without really understanding what they did correctly to progress, because I don't think the behavior of coins overlapping other tiles is something the average player would even consider.
Not a terrible level by any means, but perplexing for the wrong reasons, in my opinion.
