Snake vs Block tips:

1. Keep your thumb/finger on the screen (don't take it off)
2. Aim for as many yellow balls as possible - even if you don't think you can reach them, you'll surprise yourself how many on opposite sides you can collect
3. Aim for the low numbers (blue tiles at a glance)
4. Don't give up if you hit a large number - you might be able to move to a small number if you think fast enough
5. Your score is made up of blocks destroyed and ultimately how many yellow balls you collect - so it's important to collect as many as you can!
6. Always look ahead as far as possible. When you hit a block don't watch the numbers plummet, plan a route ahead to the next set of blocks
7. Practice and get used to frustration :-)

These tips might seem simple and obvious but I've seen some people online recommending the opposite - these things have worked for me
