Episode 3 picks up later in the evening of the incident with Kate on the roof. Everyone is in shock, except Chloe who reckons this is a good time for sneaking into Blackwell at night since she's stolen David's keys. Maybe we can find some answer I guess? Lives are on the line now.
After sneaking past Principal Wells, Max gets jumpscared by Chloe who isn't exactly in a considerate mood only for the two of them to overhear Victoria attempting to bribe/manipulate/threaten Mr. Jefferson to choose her as the winner of the Everyday Heroes competition. Thankfully, he's not having it.
Upon entering the school Max and Chloe head for the principals office only to find that his door has suspiciously been fitted with a lock that even David's keys can't open. Max enlists Warren for help and he advises her to make a small explosion using sugar, a soda can, duct tape and sodium chlorate to open the door. The explosion sets off every alarm in Blackwell Academy but Max is able to rewind time from inside the principals office and fix the situation.
There's some fairly concerning stuff in there. Nathan's files are definitely paid for, the real versions are pretty bad, there's also a disturbing drawing apparently done by Nathan. There are several concerning references to David Madsen too including in Rachel Amber's file, is he really a bad guy? There's not much else to see other than an envelope of cash, probably from Nathan's dad. Chloe wanted to take it to pay off Frank but there's no way that'd go unnoticed so Max said no. Hope that doesn't come back to bite us :?
