SNES - Nintendo Switch Online Part 7: F-Zero
0I find it very fitting that the 7th SNES game that I upload is F-Zero, as the Blue Falcon is F-Zero Number 7. As for this game, it is a futuristic racing game with hovercars called "F-Zero" in the year 2500.
There are four racers to choose from, first up is the Blue Falcon, piloted by Captain Falcon. Even though you don't see Captain Falcon in this game, he was in the manual for F-Zero. The other F-Zero racers include Samurai Goroh and his Fire Stingray, Dr. Stewart and Golden Fox, and Pico and Wild Goose. There are fifteen different tracks in this game, including Mute City, Big Blue, and many others, and some of which have hazards, like ice, sand, mines, and some other ones.
This game is a successful title, and it did get other games, like F-Zero X for Nintendo 64, and F-Zero GX for Gamecube, which was a very good game. There was also F-Zero: Maximum Velocity for GameBoy Advance, and that game was a huge letdown, as it didn't have Captain Falcon or any of the usual racers, it had different ones, and since 2004, F-Zero has never had another game since then, but Captain Falcon is still in the Super Smash Bros. games, and we did get Mute City and Big Blue in Mario Kart 8 as a DLC track.
