SNES RGB to HDMI Capture Test

16PAL SNES using a RGB Scart cable through a HDMI upscaler to an Elgato game capture HD. Looks better at 60fps.
Picture is a little bright with the RGB. This is because my scart cable was for a NTSC SNES. I had to remove the capcitors from the cable. Ideally you would want to fit some resistors in place, but I don't think it's too bad.
