Sniper Elite 5 - Melee Only - Co-op Campaign (Pt 3)
12Part 3 of our "Melee Only" playthrough of Sniper Elite 5.
As with Sniper Elite 4, I will attempt (with a friend) to complete as much of the Sniper Elite 5 campaign as possible... using only melee combat.
Sniper Elite: Resistance releases on January 30th! Doing one livestream a week until then, let's see how many of the SE5 campaign maps we can complete without shooting anyone.
RULES:
1. NO FIREARM PROJECTILES MAY BE USED ON ENEMY SOLDIERS OR VEHICLES!
2. Melee weapons permitted, include: Bottles, Knives, Bayonets, and Bare Hands.
3. ONLY enemies who are outside the playable area (or otherwise unreachable by the players) may be shot, and ONLY if shooting them is necessary for completion of the mission.
4. Firearms may be used on the environment, but NOT where the shot will result in enemy deaths (shooting out lights and causing distractions is fine... environmental kills are not).
5. PLACED or THROWN explosives of any kind may be used on armoured vehicles, in whatever quantities may be necessary to destroy or disable them, but using firearms on the occupants is NOT permitted.
5. For the purposes of this playthrough, "non-lethal" ammo is the same as lethal ammo, and is not permitted for use on enemies.
6. DYING, BLEEDING OUT (whether the player is revived or not), ALERTING MORE THAN ONE SOLDIER AT A TIME (red alert), USE OF FIREARMS ON ENEMIES (regardless of whether or not they survive) or CAUSING AN ALARM TO BE SOUNDED, will incur a "Penalty Point" (one point for each instance). Penalty point totals may be calculated by the chat at the end of each mission, to see which player sucked the hardest.
