Re-run of Chenxing's Banner, I feel like she is really good compared to my Lyfe Wild Hunt, so I had to get her weapon to T2 at least, if I had gotten her weapon on first go around, i probably would of gone and tried pulling for another copy of Ethereal Cloud.

This is what I have experienced and my own opinion: My Lyfe Wild Hunt at Manifestation 4 with her signature weapon at T2 is just as good as Chenxing Ethereal Cloud at Manifestation 2 with T1 signature weapon.
