So I made a custom Valve Intro for Half Payne
10It worked, the tools that I used were:
1.dark audacity or audacity ( render the audio as WAV with frequency 44100hz AND other uncompressed files -- wav unsigned 8 bit PCM ) you find the valve intro sound on Half-Life\valve\sound\UI "valve_sound" ( MAKE SURE THAT THE BITRATE IS 352 kbps )
2. VLC Media Player in order to convert the video into WEBM format
3. Vegas sadly, in order to get an avi format.... with 15 fps.
The resolution for the intro is 640x480
you need webm format and avi format in order to make it work
and I put them on Half-Life\valve\media for the video replacement
