This is doom eternal on nightmare mode and after playing the game a while I can tell with confidence that if you play this on nightmare difficulty it will improve your aim. Especially for close-range combat. The game also requires you to change between weapons and quickly and strategically take out enemies weather it is sniping an enemy far away or changing to shotgun to take out a close one.
