There's no doubt that the Xbox Series S has a serious lack of storage - about 370gb isn't enough to have many of the latest AAA games installed. Sure, you can copy your games back and forth from an external drive, but I've found that with Flight Simulator that can lead to DLC being lost, and as I work full time, when I want to play, I don't have the time to wait around while I copy a game back to the super-fast internal drive.
The catch? The Seagate 1TB Storage Expansion Card costs £200! That's right. another £50 and I could have another Series S, or more importantly, another £150 and I could have a PS5 Digital Edition .
This extortionate price means that I won't be getting a PS5 anytime soon (not that I could get one anyway at the moment) so I do have mixed feelings about this purchase, and going all-in with Xbox Next-Gen for the foreseeable future....
Thanks, Rob.
