In my search to find more ways to be unkillable even in universe difficulty, I stumbled upon a reddit thread that's trying to accumulate different ways of trying to deal with Iseria queen without too much cheese. Basically, the most Legit(tm) way of dealing with Iseria queen is to stack as much DEF or AVD as possible so that you don't get smoked by any of her attacks:
