This method allows for quick manual OR auto-leveling of most Battle Skills as early as your first Synthesis Material(Duggus Forest-Mudman boss drop). Again, it's good until your AGI is high enough to reliably block enemy attacks, in which case abusing that is a better tactic.

First you're going to need to make some Cheap Cider (it's not the only item with the factor, but it's the easiest to acquire). If you're doing this ASAP, a team of Nel/Mayu/Fayt can make it for around 26 FOL (65% success rate). Nel/Mayu/Adray can make it for ~35 FOL at a faster pace (69% success rate).

Next, use Cooking Materials (which can be bought in regular shops) and Specify Plan the Cheap Cider until its factors duplicate (you might want to save before each round, because the factors have a chance of disappearing). 8 negative factors on a Cheap Cider is more than enough to reduce your ATK to 0.

Synth every factor in one shot onto a weak weapon so the cost is mediocre (Notched Sword works for Fayt/Albel/Adray, Baselards/Long Dagger for Nel, Rickety Gauntlet for Albel/Cliff/Mirage, Replica Gun for Maria, Rusty Axe for Roger, Cape of Assault for Peppita, and Crude Rod for Sophia).

And...you're set! All those wierd and funny negative factors will transform into 1/2 Attack when sythesized to your weapon! If auto-leveling, be sure your characters can get health back from Standby Healing or the Healing spell.

The second part of the video shows how to auto-level the passive skills Critical Hit HP, Critical Hit MP, Critical Hit, Increase HP Damage, Increase MP Damage, and Increase HP/MP Damage with a turbo controller. All your character needs is to have ATK high enough to deal damage---get the Nobleman to Guard you, then set the turbo so that it holds down on the minor attack button. Manually leveling them is much, much, faster though.
