Follow on Twitter: http://goo.gl/TsvaMs\nLike on Facebook: http://goo.gl/sBqGfi\nAs at Monza, it should have been a straightforward pole for Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton: with Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc confined to the back of the grid, and the Mercedes package looking brilliantly strong - particularly in the rain that characterised Qs one and two - Lewis seemed to have it all. Then, in the closing minutes, the track began to dry. Mercedes were slow to react. Lewis hit the pit lane entry wall in the rush to change to slicks. And, stunningly, the pole and the minor placings swiftly switched to the New Guard - to McLaren-Mercedes' Lando Norris; to Ferrari's Carlos Sainz; and to Williams-Mercedes' George Russell. Lewis? He'll be starting P4, from the dirty side of the grid...
