We did it though and boy were there some crazy people this week such has a lady going nuts about her rental car, a man who really wants to cancel his internet, a very impatient man with a lost bag, a lady who didn't understand how first class works, a man who had to have his Internet throttled for using it too much, one of our delivery drivers accidentally leaves his socks in a package, one man orders some terrible shoes, one man is very unahppy about being called whilst on a plane and one couple refuses to accept that sometimes delivery delays can occur and mess up your business.
