A small sampling of footage from Bomb Squad mode in the SOCOM 4 multiplayer open beta.

Other than 10 or so games of SOCOM Confrontation, this is my first SOCOM game, so I generally suck at it.

I WAS able to go 10-0 as the bomb technician, and defuse every bomb and win the match, but sadly I didn't record that game ;_;

Oh well, this 3 minute video will have to do.

I probably won't end up buying this game, even if I am having fun with the open beta (a lot more fun than I had with Killzone 3's beta...). Mostly it's because of money; I'm planning on getting Portal 2 the day SOCOM 4 comes out, and I'm trying to save up for a new capture card and computer so I can start uploading some REAL hd gameplay.

SuckMyTurban was right, the cover system in this game is super cheap. That's why you'll see me crouching behind objects instead of using the herp derp O button to glue myself to a wall. He was also right about the bad camera, it does get incredibly frustrating when you're near a wall.
