About SOCOM: Source

The goal of this project is to bring SOCOM to the Source Engine, one map at a time. When the Source 2 SDK is released, I'll finalize the existing maps and begin development on SOCOM: Source, a free standalone game that will include leaning, proning, climbing, and many other mechanics that cannot be implemented in CS:GO at this time. It will also have native VR support for devices such as the Oculus Rift on separate FPS-only servers.
