I've been trying to route a Builder Legacy run for a while now. It's kinda tricky since it requires a large slot and 4 survivors, and to get satisfy those, I choose to play through the tutorial, which is its own can of worms. It's been fun, though a little frustrating, to get everything lined up in a reasonable way, so I'm super happy that I was able to finish a run and get a time I'm pretty happy with. In fact, if you look back at my old videos, my old nightmare Trader speedrun PB is about the same time.

As for this time, getting my car flipped on the last heart ended up costing me a lot of time. While it was only about a one minute run back, that minute that I lost had "+500% facility build speed," so my sniper tower took a few minutes longer to build. Also, since I didn't have a car any more, I wasn't able to quickly look the three nearby materials rucksacks. With a car, I *might* have been able to do so, which in turn would have let me keep my beds, a higher community morale, and thus, the "+200% build speed" that comes with the higher morale (instead of just +100%).

All in all, I am very happy with this time, but I think this could be pushed down to under 1:10:00 with some practice just by ironing out the kinks in the legacy missions. Faster heart killing could, of course, push the time lower as well.
