It takes a lot of focus to solo the boss. That's the best setup and gameplay. 4 runes. That one major when soloing Void Knightmare because it's the nearest to World Tree for Healer first ability radius hit.
Miss a few on Healer first ability hit is totally fine especially when you're at 75% health bar while activating the damage rune. More misses on activating the damage rune will make a longer game which required more focus.
Possible to solo on phone. Just move backward to the damage rune without rotating camera. Make sure you're at the middle position of World Tree and damage rune. So you can active the rune on time also doesn't have move far for Healer first ability radius hit. The straight line radius burst heal spell.
