I replayed some of the stages as I thought the passwords kept your extra lives in check as well but I was wrong. Doesn't really matter in the end. I really enjoyed playing this game.

Portable Pleasure is a system challenge being played live on Twitch. This inclused games from all regions as long as they are playable without a need to understand Japanese.
It is not so much a challenge to beat every game on the system, but more to show long forgotten or never heard of Game Boy games to the public and have genuine videos of them available on youtube of an actual person playing them and not some longplay that clearly is tool assisted.
