If you are stuck at 97%, 98%, or 99% completion in LEGO Marvel's Avengers, the most likely case is you're missing some vehicles. In Manhattan, there are some exclusive vehicles at the blue and red vehicle call-in points shown in this video. Before buying the vehicles in this video, I was stuck at 98.8% completion and went to 100% in it. Also, check to make sure you have bought all the characters and variations of characters if you are missing a small amount of completion (such as being at 99.8% or 99.9%).

If this didn't solve your problem, I'm sorry about that. For most people though, they are missing a few vehicles or missed buying a character. Also, be sure you purchased all Red Bricks at the Collector.
