I had a REALLY strange issue issue that was preventing my new build from posting. After much troubleshooting, (with large thanks to the LED Debug module on the EVGA Z170 Stinger), I was able to identify the issue to a faulty DisplayPort cable.

The cable prevented the system from booting, but all would work fine if it was plugged in after POST or boot to Windows - including Eyefinity. New DisplayPort cable, and all is well.

Weirdest PC issue I've seen in ages.
