-Navigate to desktop.
-Click on Search Bar and type 'CMD'
-Right Click on Command prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'
-On the Command Prompt type: net.exe stop superfetch
-If the command give you and error type: net.exe stop sysmain
-Give your pc about 5 mins or so and your disk usage will eventually go down.
-To check Right click on taskbar and select 'Task Manager'
or
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
-Click 'Task Manager" and look for the Disk column
