Solution:
From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
Tap on Settings.
Touch Applications and then Application manager.
Swipe to ALL tab.
Touch Settings.
Tap on Force Close button first.
Then, tap Storage.
Tap Clear cache and then Clear data.
