Solving Battery Connection Issues with Raspberry Pi: Using a Battery Box
0So I did not solder the connections well enough on the battery box for the Raspberry Pi Pico breadboard project. So, I found a 4 AA battery box with a USB connector. This will work for the time being.
In this video, we address the battery connection issues faced while working with a Raspberry Pi and breadboard. In a previous video, we had soldered pins to the battery pack, but the connections were temperamental. We needed a more permanent solution.
After trying a jumper wire connected to USB, we found a battery box that takes four double-A batteries and has a USB connector. The box has an on-off switch and is rechargeable, making it an ideal solution to our problem.
In the video, we demonstrate how we disconnected the previous battery pack and tested the new box's connection. We also explore other battery boxes, such as a three-cell one, and discuss how they can be used for prototyping purposes.
