- Extended view pans the viewpoint to where you're looking
- Control the flashlight with your gaze
- Distortion effects intensify when looking at monsters
- Looking at shocking scenery zooms in the camera
- The Flesher (look-sensitive monster) becomes aggressive when you look at it
- The Flesher teleports when you blink
- K8 (a friendly robot) responds to your gaze
- Johan Ross' (ambigous NPC) messages on terminals appear when you blink
- Ross disappears when you blink
- The Deep Sea Diver monster stops moving when you look at him, and moves quickly when you blink
- The overall timing of events improves
