-World 4-1, Snowkid Village (brief revisit)
-World 4-2, Stylish Mountain Climbing

In this episode, I quickly step into 4-1 again for just a few seconds, then take on 4-2, which features an autoscrolling area, a slow line-guided platform area, and... an area with a single enemy sitting in front of the goal. The way to get the moon was quite well-hidden, though.

And then after I finished that level, I was very close to the 100-lives achievement, so I decided to quickly acquire it.
