Yeah, I decided to upload this for my 1100th video. It's the entirety of when I first attempted to play through 333333 (Easy Mode), before I decided to start splitting long player levels into 10-or-so minute episodes. (This was recorded back on February 3rd, 2014.)

I'm not gonna annotate this, but I will note certain points of interest:
(3:24) Oddly, I guess I hit the spikes and the teleporter at the exact same time there, resulting in me dying after warping.
(7:07) Blue Zone entered.
(13:13) Victoria rescued. But for some reason, I didn't get the "found a lost crewmate" message like usual there, and the music didn't return to normal afterwards.
(14:13) Here I decide to save, and then quit and reload, which brought the music back.
(14:43) Huh. I thought I remembered struggling with that room the first time around, but I made my way back through it without dying there...
(16:56) Blue Zone exited.
(18:41) Found the vaunted Info Desk.
(22:47) Red Zone entered.
(30:09) Wow, if I cleared the "One... Last... Push..." room in so few tries back then, how come I had so much trouble with it the second time around?
(30:26) Vermilion rescued.
(30:44) Red Zone exited.
(37:20) Green Zone entered.
(41:17) There's the alternate dialog you get if you end up having to access "The Awkward Terminal" a second time.
(44:42) Verdigris rescued.
(46:20) Green Zone exited.
(51:45) Purple Zone entered.
(58:42) There's that "Lover's Leap" room, which I didn't figure out at the time, and I didn't know about that glitch with the gravity lines back then either.
(59:30) Violet rescued.
(1:00:04) I reach the other side of "Lover's Leap" here, but I'm still blocked by the gravity lines.
(1:00:20) Wow, I came about one tiny iota away from touching the BG tile that would've removed the gravity lines there, but I had no idea how close I was at the time.
(1:01:05) And here's where I stupidly entered the Final Zone, without saving my progress first, and without realizing that the gravity lines would reappear behind me. Only after I transition into the first room of the Final Zone do I realize my mistake. Argh...
(1:11:55) Seems like the video started going a bit wonky around here for about half a minute (the video sped up and slowed down oddly, while the audio remained unaffected). Also, I completed that "Hang Tough" room fairly quickly the first time here. Don't know why it gave me so much trouble the second time around.
(1:16:35) Final Zone cleared.
(1:16:58) I take one last look at the not quite fully completed map (I missed two rooms-- the snail room with the one trinket I missed, and the Backstage Spare Checkpoint Storage Facility to the right of the heart room), and show my stats: 375 deaths and only 19 trinkets.
(1:17:28) Some of the dialog here differs depending on whether you got all of the trinkets or not. Here, you can see what's said when the level hasn't been 100% completed.
(1:18:33) Vitellary rescued and level completed.

Also, I find it interesting that DeceasedCrab has just started uploading old videos of him playing through the beta version of VVVVVV five years ago.
