SMW challenge by callum123933: Kill Mario in every level as fast as possible.

There are 74 levels in Super Mario World, aside from Yoshi's House and Top Secret Area, so I went farming and built myself up to 75 lives before starting. This way we won't be seeing the Game Over screen ad nauseum. I've also decided to speed up most of the world map travelling in the video, and I didn't bother with any custom music this time, since I wouldn't be in levels long enough to enjoy it anyway.

This challenge was different, and for the most part not very challenging. However, a few levels took some effort to die quickly in. Furthermore, simply dying in the Top Secret Area is really hard. Making use of glitches is required in that one (thanks to nathanisbored for his video that shows a way to die in the Top Secret Area)! Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to die in Yoshi's House (unless you use Lunar Magic to add a muncher to it or something...).

Now how the heck am I going to score this? Hmm...

Difficulty: Ranked by individual levels:
1 or less in most levels.
2 in Yoshi's Island 2 and Donut Plains 4.
5 in Chocolate Island 4 and Star World 1.
9 in the Top Secret Area!
