If that new stupid bar that YouTube recently added is at the bottom of the screen, try removing "&playnext" and everything after it from the address bar. That should get rid of the stupid bar at the bottom for now.

SMW challenge by gariel4: Fly through 5 levels while holding a flower in the reserve box, then go through those same levels at double emulator speed without Yoshi.

The first part has me just flying through the levels. Easy enough, but since that flower must remain in my reserve box during this part, essentially this means I can't ever get hit. Still, it was quite easy, except for Chocolate Secret, where I had trouble maintaining flight in the first two rooms, but that's okay as long as I don't get hit, since I can just take off again around where I landed. Once I reach the second part, I'm allowed to take hits, but Yoshi becomes forbidden, so I may as well just throw him off a cliff when I see him!

By the way, this challenge initially called for 10 levels, but that's just way too much for me to handle especially since I'm going through them twice, so I cut it to 5.

Also, for some reason, the emulator speed setting in ZSNES isn't accurate at faster speeds. At 1x speed or slower, it's fine, but when I set it to 2x speed, it's actually going about three times as fast! As a result, I can't get it to go exactly double speed. So, because of that, I settled for whatever speed it gave me when set to 2x, but I also placed savestates between each level during that part, since it became much harder than it should've been. (I first noticed this speed glitch during Drive the Desert Bus. I had it set to 4x almost the whole way, but it was actually going around 7 to 8 times normal speed!)

Incidentally, I can't find a way using WMM to set the video to triple speed. Only powers of 2 are available, so for the second half, I just settled for double video speed, but just remember that the game was going faster than what the video is showing there!

Not a bad challenge. It's just too bad that I couldn't get ZSNES to go at exactly the speed I wanted.
