Clear Outrageous with minimal points, without getting hit, and without using power ups or Yoshi.
Actually, if I'm going for minimal points, I don't want to grab a power up anyway, and if I can't use Yoshi or power ups, I can't get hit without dying anyway! So basically, I just have to avoid points and Yoshi.
Many of my failures early on were from Bullet Bills (either from stomping then or being shot by them), but I eventually got a pattern down to get through them. Later on, there are some tricky spots, such as the part with the flopping fish. It's easy to accidentally hit one and score points. Getting through there is very tricky, but it only took me a few tries, fortunately. After I got through that part, the rest of the level went smoothly (albeit with a couple close calls towards the end).
