For a lot of the videos that I've recently uploaded, I've been using YouTube's new video scheduling feature. You can basically upload videos and tell it when to go live. The issue with this is that, when it goes from private to public, it doesn't show up in people's subscription boxes. Because of this, subscribers don't know about recently uploaded videos and they can't watch it (unless they go through my channel or read my tweets).
